Populated with one Xilinx ZYNQ UltraScale+ RFSoC ZU29DR or ZU49DR the HTG-ZRF16 provides access to large FPGA gate densities, sixteen ADC/DAC ports, expandable I/Os ports and DDR4 memory for variety
of different programmable applications.
The HTG-ZRF16 with the ZU29DR FPGA is supported by sixteen 12-bit ADC (2.058 GSPS) and sixteen 14-bit DAC (6.554 GSPS) ports. The ADC and DAC ports are supported through high-performance micro Rf connectors. The ZU49DR model is supported by supported by sixteen 14-bit ADC (2.5 GSPS) and sixteen 14-bit DAC (10.0 GSPS) ports
The HTG-ZRF16 architecture allows easy and versatile functional expansion through one Vita 57.4 compliant High-Pin-Count FPGA Mezzanine Card (FMC+) and large selection of daughter cards.
Two on-board 100Gbps QSFP28 connectors provide optical interfaces for effective processing of high-speed data in parallel with analog and digital conversions.
The HTG-ZRF16 is supported by one 72-bit ECC DDR4 SODIMM socket providing access to up to 16 GB of SDRAM memory. The processor抯 side is supported by up to 4GB of DDR4 memory (currently shipped with 2GB). The board is also supported by the HiTech Global
4GB Hybrid Memory Cube (HMC) FMC+ module for high-performance serial memory.
PCIE connectivity is available by using SMA cables, HTG-FMC-LVDS and HTG-X8-PCIE-EP modules.
